Defective Products
After receiving your shipment, you have 24 hours to inspect for any defective items. Please note this policy does not cover damage caused by factors such as dropping.
Defective Product Return Requirements:
1. Immediately photograph or videotape any defective items and contact us.
2. If defects arise from shipping damage or improper use, we will send a replacement with your next order.
